Somali Women and Child Care Association is local organization Somali women, children and Youth organization, SWCCA is non profit humanitarian. SWCCA founded in April 2012 in Mogadishu by a group of Somali intelligence Women from cross-section of the community, The organization is functionally operating in Somalia particularly South-central Zone.
SWCCA contributes to the creation of a safe and sustainable environment by supporting women and children to overcome marginalization, violence and poverty in their communities. It is a non-profit making organization that works with a variety of organizations that share similar values and vision.
Our Programs
Health & Nutrition
We provide basic primary health care and nutrition including reproductive, community and communicable health services With Health Education Sessions
Wash
We work towards the provision of clean drinking water, hygiene and sanitation for woman and children, which serves as a core basic human rights
Food Security & Livelihood
We work in rebuilding the livelihoods of the local communities who are suffer recurrent seasons of natural and artificial clamities
Education
We provide opportunities to women and children in addition to building and rehabilitating education infraastruture for women & children
Protection of Women & Children
We strive to foster a nurturing environment for women and children in Somalia, promoting a brighter, more equitable future
