Somali Women and Child Care Association (SWCCA), in collaboration with Electoral Institute for Sustainable Democracy in Africa (EISA), conducted two days capacity Building workshop targeting women aspirants on the election in Mogadishu on Women Political Participation and advocating 30% for women’s Quota in the upcoming election. The workshop held on 23 and 24 June 2021.

The workshop event attended MPS, Women candidates, Women Banadir Administration, Ministry of Women and Human Rights Development, CSOs, Women Human Right Defenders, women with disability, Marginalized groups, IDPs women, businesswomen, Office of Attorney General, a representative from SIHA NETWORK, Clan elders and Religious leaders.
