SWCCA with the support of SIHA NETWORK established 5 Community protection groups (6pp/CPG/IDP) 30 people) in total 65% were women with diverse backgrounds including women with disability, minority women, community health workers leave in the IDPs, religious leaders, school and madrasa teachers, and students learning law and social work in 5 IDPs named Shaafici, Samo deep, Duco waalid, Dhibane Camp and Deeq Rabbi located in Kahda, Dharkenlay, and Deynile.

The Community Protection Group Committee provided 2 days of GBV training on their roles and responsibilities; GBV prevention and response, facilitating referral pathways; survivor-centered approach; Strategies of awareness creation.
