Somali women and girls, especially those living in IDP camps, face numerous challenges including inadequate shelter, limited protection, lack of basic necessities, gender-based violence, poor health, cultural barriers, economic, forced eviction and gender inequality.

It is crucial to advocate for and support women’s empowerment to address these issues and improve their lives.
